Chapter 8 "The Great Experiment" covering the years 1998–2001 tells about the short lived Stan Lee Media company, his ex-con business partner who ran a massive stock fraud scheme on the company (allegedly) without Stan's knowledge; meanwhile SLM created the Backstreet Boys superheroes (look it up), and SLM threw million dollar fundraising parties for Bill and Hillary Clinton.

I did not see any of this coming.
