This story dragsssss and it’s trying too hard to be overly silly PLUS super dark and deep and dramatic lmao it ain’t working

I’m like struggling to get through this book, it’s so bad why can’t I finish this 😭 even through the dreaded audiobook I keep wanting to pause it LMAO

Here we go again with the “dream sequence” scene headers 🙄🙄 this book is such a slog to get through

It feels like they’re trying to make Nico act like Percy, buttering up the monster so they don’t have to fight, but then the book also tries hard to separate him from Percy

Can we just have Nico be Nico??

Why would a dark spooky underworld creature talk like this????? 🙄

I still think it’s so stupid that this KID has a huge surfer dude TATTOO on his PECS like ugh who thought that was a good idea
