Is it now safe to say that "War and Peace" is not my kind of book? I like Tolstois writing style in general but I'm not really into the story or the characters... I even find myself rather bored by some passages. I couldn't even explain why. As I said, the writing style is admirable, yet the characters and the situations sometimes bore me. What's wrong with me?

Well, this was boring. This chpater concentrated mainly on hunting which was not only boring but also cruel! The last part was kinda interesting but I could've skipped the part with all the hunting nonsense.
