Almost finished with book 2. Still going strong and still loving it

Just got to the end of Book One (there are 4) and I have to say, it’s absolutely excellent. The war bits are so exciting, and the dialogue in the (comparable) peace bits feel so real. Reckon he’s onto something this Tolstoy bloke.

Gonna have to do this in chunks I reckon, she’s a thicc old beast
