I genuinely can’t fathom anyone wanting to read this book without reading at least PJO and HOO (at most TOA too) just because they have random small summaries of different things thrown in. Like you don’t get it AT ALL, all of this character development and trauma and struggles??? What’s even the point of you don’t understand what they went through to get here
