A kind of hero's journey of seeking out those who developed techniques or research to aid or improve breathing and the respiratory system, whether for health, singing, diving, athleticism. Not those who cure disease but those who wish to build strength, to prevent the negative effects of how our mouths and breathing apparatus have evolved to harm us.
Interesting, informative, if a little OTT.

A fascinating look into a number of less well known people (ancient & contemporary) who spent their lives researching, experimenting with the effect of the breath on the health of the body.

Rather than focus on dis-ease, how proactive development of nasal breathing promotes health, how mouth breathing harms it, the importance of the lungs and diaphragm and how to exercise them into improved function.
