The final chapters are incredibly brilliant and Harry now has all his questions answered. Neville is a badass swordsman and Harry’s unveiling was sick, as was his final speech to Voldy. I wish I could know how that day and every other up to the epilogue passed! Should I read the James Potter fan fic or Cursed Child? I love this book and series so damn much. Where do I go from here?

Snape’s memories are cool to see his history, but I still don’t think he’s a good guy. All he did was love Lily and honor her memory, he doesn’t care about anyone else. I like Harry’s Resurrection Stone scene and meeting his family again to defend him. Seeing Voldy was cool but no final speech before his death shows Voldy is insecure of his power since he’s always been thwarted.

RIP Fred, Lupin, and Tonks. I love the rallying, battle, and hunt for the diadem. Ron’s smart and Hermione stabs the cup w/ Chamber’s basilisk fang. Great scenes. The Room and Fiendfyre weee crazy, but good that Crabbe died; he shot killing curses! Malfoy is a dick. Snape is killed in Shrieking Shack. I love the castle coming alive. Percy returns. So much happens but I must sleep before Snape’s final memories.

It must’ve been freezing riding the dragon! I love the Hogsmeade alarm scene and Aberforth fooling the Death Eaters. Learning about Ariana was interesting too and how she was beaten(?) and their dad’s revenge on the 3 boys was why he went to Azkaban. Aberforth seems jealous of Albus but Albus was also a bit...withdrawn. They don’t know whose spell killed Ariana or if it was her power that killed her? Hogwarts!

RIP Dobby! His last great act was saving his hero. I really dislike Griphook because he praises Harry’s peculiarities but rats him out as they escape the vault. Wormtail’s arm strangles himself, but how is Dumbledore involved? Luna really is naive in following her father in everything like the horn. Ollivander explains more wand lore. Voldy takes the Elder Wand from Dumbledore’s grave. Great few chapters.

What a great chapter with Potterwatch finally linking them to the outside world. Harry is a bit obnoxious with his persistence in the Deathly Hallows mission, but like Lupin said, his instincts are nearly always right.

I hope people don’t hate Dumbledore for his young beliefs. Isn’t it Snape’s doe Patronus that leads Harry to the sword? Hermione is very funny on Ron’s return and I like Ron’s attempts to get on her good side. Xenophilius Lovegood is quite the traitor and should’ve respected Luna’s friends after seeing her painting and shouldn’t’ve sent for the Ministry. The Tale of 3 Bros is always a fave!

The trip back to Godric’s Hollow was cool because it’s another Wizard sub-community like Hogsmeade. They find Ignotus’s grave w/ the Deathly Hallows but don’t see the last name. Bathilda/Nagini was cool and then Voldy getting so close was great as they escape and we see how Voldy killed the Potters. Harry’s wand snapped and they’re no closer to getting the sword.

Wow, the Ministry was very different from the movie by rescuing those families and punching the exit guard. I hope Yaxley doesn’t really know about Grimmauld Place. Poor Kreacher waiting with dinner. Eavesdropping on Griphook, Ted, Dean, and Gornuk gave good news about the sword, and talking to Black’s portrait, but then Ron comes clean and storms off. How could he think Harry wasn’t telling them everything?

Lupin shows up to fill in the post-wedding deets and offers to go with the crew instead of stay home with Tonks and his new baby. Harry was justified in confronting him, but was a bit harsh. Kreacher, much nicer now, finally returns with Mundungus who tells them he gave the locket to Umbridge. Now I’m really in the mood to keep reading but have to return to work.
