I can understand why evil is allowed to flourish in the world when you have people like Umbridge. People who flourish and use oppressive systems to benefit themselves instead of standing up for the right thing.

I always forget what a prat Percy becomes in this book.

Dolores Umbridge is the definition of vile and evil.
