Well I guess it's happily ever after time. She had a child with the Chairman, but moved to NYC so that it wasn't a threat to his holdings in Japan. She opened a tea house and hosted Japanese businessmen there in retirement.

The chairman confesses all! And Pumpkin reveals herself to be a bitter woman who hates Sayuri, for good reason but still... So the chairman wanted her all along and knew who she was from the start, but Nobu told him how he felt for Sayuri so he ignored her so that he wouldn't choose friendship over Sayuri, because he owed a lot to Nobu. However, Sayuri had to retire from being a geisha and not see Nobu again.

Nobu came for her in the country and says that she will become his. I feel so sorry for Nobu, because he loves her and she almost despises him. She has to entertain the Minister because he saved the company in the war. The minister applied to be her Dana, but was declined. Sayuri decides that since Nobu is trying to become her Dana, she will sleep with the Minister so that she'll be disgusting to him. It works...

Mame tells Mom that she should have a bidding war for her Dana and Nobu loses out to the General who succeeds in becoming her Dana. Here's where everyone starts feeling the pinch of war. They finally close down Geyon and the Geisha's are dismissed. She begs the General to save her, but Nobu is the one who saves her. He puts her in the country where she's kept safe for the rest of the war.

Sayuri talked to Pumpkin and she said that Momo told him she had a bf! She amends with the Dr, and they are getting ready to bid on her miswagi or virginity! Sayuri met Mame's Dana the Baron and he insisted she come to a party he's holding... without Mame. It was a nice party, until the Baron insists she get undressed and then proceeds 2 masturbate to her... The miswagi war continues...btween the Baron, Nobu, and Dr.

If she adopts Pumpkin thn Momos futures securd. Sayuri accidentally didnt show de proper emotion whn talking about the Prime Minister and Momo got suspicious. She figured out that she was also being "courted" by Dr. Crab. Because Mame made her cut her leg, so that she would be appealing to the Dr. So Momo showed up before Mame and Sayuri did with the Dr., and told him something that made the Dr. not like her anymore.

Well, I've been duped! I thought this was a real memoir! Dang...I feel like such an idiot... Well, Mame figured out some ways outta Momo's tricky plans and Sayuri still has a huge crush on the Chairman, but it's Nobu who wants her, his right hand. But because Nobu is showing interest in her and is considered very ugly, Momo relaxes her hold on the teahouses. Momo is trying to make Pumpkin Mother's adopted daughter.

Gaaaahhley! Momo won’t leave her alone! Everywhere they go, Momo and Pumpkin are following them! Momo paid all the tea rooms off to let her know when Mame and Sayuri arrived so Momo can dredge her name through the dirt. Ooo, Momo didn’t like the witty quip! Mame had to retire, sorta, Sayuri so that she could find parties and not ruin her name.

Mame came back to their okiya a few days later and told Mother she wanted to become Chiyo’s big sister (mentor kind of thing). Mother’s like, she’s got too much debt, but Mame made a bet that Chiyo could repay her debts by 20 years old! Mother accepts. Chiyo back in school. Can’t see Pumpkin because of Momo. Ready for her debut at 14 years old!

She catches a glimpse of Chiyo in the okiya and a little later, Mameha’s maid visits and tells Chiyo to meet her at a certain place while pretending to be on errands for Pumpkin, who has become an apprentice Geisha. Mame REALLY wants to get back at Momo so she’s going to use Chiyo, because she knows she feels threatened by Chiyo. They practiced her being interrogated by Momo.
