I hate it when I'm the only one worried about the kid characters. THERE'S A KID ON HIS BACK WHY ARE YOU SETTING HIM ON FIRE?

"My apologies, this body's ridiculous larynx seized up, but it seems to be functioning again. Will you come into town tomorrow with the rest of the court, to watch the Golden Plays?" THEY'RE CALLED EMOTIONS ORMA. Okay, I really like that guy. I liked him from the beginning. This book should be about him. He's adorable.

OKAY SHE HAS TOTALLY LOST HER MIND. And I might have sympathized with her, but when it's straight after she realizes she loves him? No. So she can't have him, and that reminds her of what she is, and now she's hurting herself for that? No, no, no. I DO NOT LIKE.

Clair I'm having the same problem with the book. Apparently my ARC is going to expire in a few days, so I've got to hurry my way through, but... I really haven't gotten into it much so far.

Alicia I don't think my Kindle version of the ARC can expire; I think that's only the Adobe DRM versions.

But I do want to hurry up and read this one. Piper, yours is the first status/review I've read for this book that wasn't glowing! I'll be interested to see your review.

Thank god I'm not the only one... I thought I'd totally missed something important, which is why I wasn't that interested. But yeah, mine expires soon too. :/

Gaah, everyone else LOVES this book, so I get scared of putting up status updates. I just feel like I'm reading it wrong! :(

I feel really bad about it. I've seen so many good reviews and so far I just haven't been sucked into the world in the least.

I feel less bad now, because there's someone else who feels the same way. THANK YOU!

(I mean, it's an interesting world, but... I haven't gotten anywhere that has made me think OMFG AWESOMENESS. I guess this is why you shouldn't go in with high expectations.)

Lisbeth Avery {Domus Libri} Seraphina is a very slow read but I found it very good.

I hope I get into it soon... I want to like it.

Lisbeth Avery {Domus Libri} It took me a while to really get into it.

P. :/
It sucks when you have to read 4 other books too, so if nothing happens, you quickly get tired of it.

Lisbeth Avery {Domus Libri} All I had to read then was that one book and I have a lot of time so I finished it quickly.
