I'm going to sound like a broken record but... I'm in the heart of the battle, and it's so tense, and the story keeps flicking to Sanjit's perspective and I'm trying to bring myself to care but I just don't. These characters were introduced far too late, I want to know what is going on with everyone else!!!!

I'm not even halfway through and there are only 14 hours and 44 minutes remaining, meaning the rest of the plot only spans that long. I don't know how I feel about that - I feel it could end up being very slow paced?

I feel like Michael Grant is being a bit over ambitious with how many characters he's trying to include in this story. I can't believe I've just been introduced to six more characters!
