*sigh* Positive is that I respected her mother all the way to her end.

The way this supposed 50+ year old woman wrote about sex and sexual analogies like an edgy 13 year old boy makes me roll my eyes so hard I think they might fall out of my head. I don’t care if it’s satire, doesn’t make it good. At this point it’s a hate read.

I understand what she is trying to say but the way she is throwing it at the reader makes me not want to support women’s wrongs.

She is feeling incredibly annoying main character, not enjoying sitting through paragraphs about straight up tell not show. Also tears being described as unappetising tapioca pearls? Feels pointless. So far it feels like it wants to reflect a female NBC Hannibal but misses all the nuance and interest.
