This book starts with her saying she’s never had a pet before & that she is a doctor who works long hours & doesn’t have time for one. Then IMMEDIATELY adopting a dog & it’s a DOODLE! As a dog groomer this hurts. I know he’s gonna be matted, need shaved, then even though she makes doctor money she’s gonna be pissed about the cost to shave him & blame the groomer for taking the “lazy” way out. Triggered
