Have had an epiphany about why I love White's character dynamics so much: they remind me a lot of BtVS. Evie is Buffy, Reth is Spike, Vivian is Faith and Lend is a sort of gentler, better amalgam of Angel, Riley and Xander. Woo pop culture!
