I tried. This is one frustrating book, to say the least. It has a ton of potential and a somewhat interesting plot. I even appreciate how it has thrown me in the middle of the action right away . Yet, somehow, I feel dreadful just thinking of picking the book and continuing. Ditching this and reading something else is the best thing I've done.
