Back in Alabama, which means it’s time to finally finish this book. It just hits different when I’m actually here for some reason.

I’m enjoying this more than I thought I would. The last time I attempted to read this (about ten years ago), I hadn’t read many classics like I have now. I don’t know if that perspective is making me like it more or me not having to read it for school, but for pleasure? Or I’m just understanding things that Lee has written better? Parts of it seem funnier and more entertaining than how I remembered it.
