Ok, I have a theory. The Eleventh Metal is not an actual metal, it's Vin. Or maybe there is a metal and Vin is the one who will use it to kill the Lord Ruler. Either way, I know Vin is going to kill him. She's the chosen one, that's why she's so naturaly skilled with such little practice.

I knew there was going to be a love interest in this book and I'm assuming that's Elend. Awesome. I've only known him for 5 pages but I'd take a bullet for him.

1) Vin is the cooler version of Delilah Bard. They're very similar in a way. Both had very traumatic experiences growing up and they're naturally talented and skilled. There is something more to their powers that they don't understand yet. They're not feminine. They don't trust those around them. And so many other similarities. Except that Delilah is the most annoying bitch in the entire planet. I fucking hate her.

I wonder what they did to the real Renoux.

So Kell is the younger brother. That's interesting.

I started work today which really sucks because now it will take me longer to finish this book.

All these characters have very ugly names. I hate it.
