I really need this to pick up the damn pace. I am interested in what happens to Elsie more than the present chapters. Sherice's life seems to be filled with disappointments and tragedies. While I am able to sympathize with her, I am running out of patience with it. The actual mystery needs to get moving. I'm hoping by the 50%, if it does as I read on the reviews. Then I might continue or dnf.

I love the short chapters. This is exactly how a thriller should be. Holding out hope the rest of the book continues the same
