Albus's erratic behavior is getting out of hand, and I can't stop myself from comparing him to his father. Although Harry tended to be impulsive, at least he managed to carefully weigh the consequences of his choices and actions. It's a pity that Scorpius has to get dragged into such stupidity.

Albus Potter is such a moody brat. He's starting to get on my nerves with all his self-centered drama.

Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't have been walking dogs in a fancy dress. I wouldn't have been spinning out, with no idea of what I was going to do with my summer. And until I figured it out, I knew I shouldn't be flirting with random dog owners, no matter how cute they were.

Andie cutely illustrates how the mind can overpower the heart when it comes to love. Clark might just be her silver lining. :D

My boss at work kindly lent me a copy of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and I'm quite scared to start reading it. Our dear booktubers have been giving it mere 2 stars! :( I probably should clear my mind of any expectations. :3 #FingersCrossed

If I let myself think about the bigger picture—like what this actually meant for my future—I knew I would start to spiral out. I needed to think about my next immediate steps.

I'm beginning to like Andie already. She just has this admirable way of staying rational in spite of the fact that her perfectly planned out life is now crumbling to pieces. You go girl.

Rory is such a pitiful character. Because of her anxiety disorder, she is always conscious of what her "friends" think of her. Furthermore, she simultaneously assumes the worst about herself and others. She's been taking pills to somehow address the problem, but it's just not working. I wonder how she'll manage to grow closer to Ned.

All I could think as my dad turned back to the press was how strange this all was—this bizarre theater we were performing for the national press on our front porch.

Andie and her dad are practically like housemates on Big Brother. This is my third contemporary read this year with parental issues. I suppose I should start expecting this trope nowadays. :(
