And so the story begins....

The book is more interesting than I thought it was going to be. Hermann Hesse is a master of teasing out simple prose with powerful and meaningful messages.

It has really picked up. It was fast to begin with but now everything is coming together, even the problems. Really good book.

Okay, this is not a space opera. This is not some large epic story. This is a story of some poor schmuck who fell on hard times and as a delivery boy ends up in a mess. Typical cyberpunk/sci-fi book. But oh how much fun it is! I miss the let's go to space type stories of the 50's. This is just a lot of fun and the writing is great. Funny too. I can't wait to find out how this ends.

Okay, there have been some turns but no real twists. The only thing I can say is, is this really how young girls think? And if so then I think Katniss is written well, if not strangely different than I expected most characters written. I never was a teenage girl so a lot of her motives are alien to me.

Thankfully, I identify with Haymitch more.

Okay I've hit a slow point in the story. And it's at the climax. The reason for the slow point is the language is hard to read. Easy to say in your head or out loud. It's a stumbling block but I'm really interested how all these different time periods and characters are related.

I'm at a new chapter which means a new character I'm wondering how this new character will relate to the last.

A very interesting way to so far move a story along. Right now it's all characters and no real plot but it is an interesting read.

Just started. I'm completely reading this book because of the Trailer for the movie. It was simply beautiful. I hope the book is good.

This book is getting dark. Bit it's still a very good read.

Okay be prepared for a lot of deaths. If you thought the deaths in the first book was bad then this will shock you. This is a great book. I actually screamed at the book when ... I cant tell you. Just read. The ending really makes you want to begin book 4.

Guess who kills an Other. It was a happy surprise.
