Listen, Angela, the problem with this book is sometimes the characters are so frustratingly human that I forget they're not real and then I'm just mad that I can't step onto the page and shake some of them.

It cracks me up that the 24 year old refers to the 17 year old as "kid." Like, I couldn't do that. Internally, sure, but not out loud. XD

But then I tend to think I'm still only 14 so...

Every time René and Simon are together, I find myself doing a lot of cringing and eye rolling. Also, if she wants to lift a box while looking like a zombie, she can. Shut up. And bandaids are for the week. I have spoken. XD
