I'm discovering that it might be a pet peeve of mine when specific words are used SO MANY TIMES in under 100 pages, like 'practitioner' and instead of using years it's 'cycles'.

Soo... I've had this book on my Netgalley tbr for a couple of years now 🫣 I guess... better late than never right? 😅 (I feel really bad 😬)

Picking this one up again. I'm hoping to finish it this time around with the sequel coming out soon.

Immediately captured my attention. I can feel Wild Reverence will be another hit for Ross.

This is cute. I think my only hangup atm is the names of the characters. I feel like they are too stereotypical.

Unfortunately, because this is a library book with other holds, I have to DNF and return it. I am enjoying this story, though it is slow. I know I'll pick it up later, either borrowed or purchased.

Gosh this is so good! Like at first it is a little slow on the build-up but once it started picking up, it really ran full speed in a good way.

DNFing this one as well. I like the inspiration behind it, but the story isn't pulling me in the way I want / need it to to keep reading.

Another DNF due to other books catching my attention, or I need to put my full focus on.

Unfortunately, I am DNFing this one. I really do like the story and the FMC, but other books have my attention right now. I'll pick this one up again later.

I'm still enjoying this book. Work just doesn't make me want to read afterward.
