At the end Kaguya asks Shirogane to run again... he pretends he always was going to when in reality he didn’t want to... all for a Kaguya, because she asked him!! Awwwww! Otherwise they would have had no reason to see each other regularly.

59 - student council is disbanded and they reminisce its too cute!

Kaguya insists Ai try to seduce Shirogane in one day... she had the perfect plan only he’s in love with someone else and tells her so! Kaguya watched the entire time which is pretty funny...

Intriguing mystery! I’m looking forward to this being a short but fun mystery manga!

Lost Laurence, but he saved Ewan and makes overtures that he wants Ewan as emperor and will protect him so that happens. The thief goes missing and it seems the detective is the only one with means to tie him up, the cross dresser finds him hidden in the wall after the blind dude smells blood!

Hmmm she’s taken by another dragon slayer after Arcane put in if his scales INSIDE her arm... the story finally feels like it’s started but we get a whole new round of info dumping that is boring and hard to read... wait and tell us when we need to know because something is happening!

Wow William was here and gone really swiftly... how the hell did he survive as long as he had?!

So many things wrong with this passage.

57 - hahaha Chika’s game is so damn funny! Loved how their personalities came out.

56 - GAAAAAHHHH how adorable is S that he becomes totally un-self conscious when he’s Star gazing! He talked about the moon Kaguya’s story and it makes your heart melt. Kaguya had to demand he stop because she was so flustered. And he was equally as embarrassed in the morning.

55 - hahaha Kaguya owes Ish and helps him pass, lol, he thought it was a trick at first but her and S’s characters really came out! S spied on them and realized his help wasn’t needed.

54 - hahaha Kaguya used the birthday gift to try to trap S using Chika, hahaha but Ish came in and saved his bacon. So funny, she tries to trip him up when he least expects it...

53 - awwww Kaguya goes overboard for his birthday, the trial in her mind was so funny and adorable, and I loved her compromise. Too perfect, a slice of the cake and a thoughtful fan gift personalized! He loved it too. ♥️

52 - Kaguya goes with Kei S’s sister and what’s her name and her sister shopping. Kei says she doesn’t like her brother but Kaguya sees the two of them so alike it’s like being on a date with S!! Hahahahaha. Kei was happy to get close to Kaguya. The breast rubbing thing was weird...

51 - the dog - cat battle was cute! And especially since Kashiwagi seemed to totally get the subtext about them complimenting the other.

His friend comes home and is amazed his friend has t changed getting engaged! I love all the food, herbs, healing and day to day life facts. It’s a peaceful story but has such heart I was happy to keep reading to see what they would show next!

Awww she’s homesick, love he talked to his father and then talked to her openly! And his dad let the yak go so they could go talk and find it together!

Love the chapter with his little sister and the fight with her friend! Love his fiancé too, she’s so sweet and loving.

I breezed through this manga... the doctor is cute and I love his fiancée! There is a ton about life during this time. The boy’s eyes are wide eyed a TON!

The extras were especially cute this volume!!

32 - awww poor kid... pretty obvious what was up and how the WDG was blamed... now what did the darkness god do?! That ending is such a cliffhanger... This series sucks me in despite its simplicity...

31 - yup he was brought through due to the darkness god hearing he didn’t want to die... he meets a nice little girl and her father who take him in and treat him well. They talk of him getting married and he vehemently objects... reminds him of his mother. Then they go off to war...

Chap 2 - They must push on higher... Ewan figures out what to do if they have uneven numbers. The girl is revealed as a childhood friend of Lawrence and not what he seems!

Chap 1 - we meet everyone and learn the whole back story. They meet a headless guy. It’s pretty exciting! I want to just zoom right through it...

30 - Asahi makes big plans with the emperor to do flood walls... but the WDG calls her name for the first time to tell her to go back home to the world she belongs. She’s pretty crushed since she’s been feeling fluttery feelings around him... we learn Kurose was bullied and in a rough home life in the RW. Then bullies pushed him down stairs and he met the god of darkness!

29 - the WD learns of a cave entrance into the underworld and sends Suburu who is driven out by the brat with a cave in... she cries thinking how lonely the WD would be without her... and the tear brings the WDG!! He rescues her and it’s too cute!

Last chap - she finds the Nue separated from his soul... she finds the soul among the puppets and returns it but he can’t leave with her... she wants to know his relationship with Kasha and we learn he ran away from Momochi house at one point and accepted Kasha’s invitation.
