Well thank goodness he met Adam! His poor wife! I’m pretty freaked out... why would you want to come here?!

The face of the Tower was patched with white, gray, rust, tan, and black, betraying the many types of stone and brick used in its construction. The irregular coloration reminded Senlin of a calico cat. The Tower’s silhouette was architecturally bland, evoking a dented and ribbed cannon barrel, but it was ornamented with grand friezes, each band taller than a house. A dense cloudbank obscured the Tower’s pinnacle.

not a badly written book but sooooooo depressing to me... exactly what an old person finds uplifting because it means their wasted life is no different than others...

Too adult... dreary for all the heart it’s trying to build up.

Period 10 - Aya visits and M totally blows him off as teasing when he talks about taking her on a date. Kyosuke sees them together. The extra was also cute and funny with the T-shirts! The little comics made me smile so hard!

Period 9 - Towa texts he has something to tell her so she freaks out all night and her sister and friend make her over, hahaha. Towa tells her about Aya stopping by... Kyosuke sees Towa and goes to talk to M! He’s such a tease, love him! Tells her he likes that she keeps trying even though she fails. Later Towa drags her across the street as her face gets beet red, so cute!

Period 8 - we learn more about the guys while Mitsuki tries to ask the other girls in her class out to karaoke. Reina fits right in but Mitsuki is still an after thought. Aya goes to their special place where he runs into Towa. Towa lets slip M works across the street and he tells him he doesn’t want to lose to him!

Period 7 - Mitsuki finally is thinking about all the things she talked to Aya about!! Haha sooooo funny! He moved to America... The boys come upon her freaking out and Towa suggests a game! She’s a terrible shot but learns thru their help... he slam dunks her shot so her wish can come true!!

Period 6 - Towa overreacts to learning Aya is not only a boy but a major rival from another team... the boys tease her about Aya this and that... it’s too cute! They talk though and it clears the air!

The short strips at the end were cute! Especially about the catapillers ...I really found this manga surprisingly depthful considering it’s about basketball and love! Really a new favorite...

Period 5 - they are late going to the game... she loses a cookie she made for them. They’re losing but Mitsuki screams out support and it galvanized them to win! Then... Aya shows up?! She found the cookie... also a recruiter was there?!

Period 4 - Mitsuki gets upset at some fangirls... she comes and admits while Toma is sleeping that she was thinking about going and cheering him on at his game. Their first game as a foursome on the HS team.

Period 3 - Rui, Towa and Mitsuki are all first years and they have tests... they study at the cafe and Rui adds himself to her phone! Towa too she learns later when Towa rides with her home and her lockscreen is Towa, lol!

Period 2 - Mitsuki starts avoiding the boys when her first girl friend Reina says she hates them... she admits the truth later after hurting Towa’s feelings and the girl says she doesn’t want any of them to be in love.

Chap 1 - I really love how awkward Mitsuki is and how she took this step to go to a new school but it didn’t work quite how she thought. The boys are funny and quite rude but aren’t malicious so I liked that.

It’s gotten better but I HATE her sister Lilian...

The bonus story about the kappa is soooo cute! And we get a look at gpa older! The cheese corn muffin recipe was yummy too!

Love the simple art... some pages only have pictures... I love it! It’s also a nice mix of action, people and food!

Chap 10 - Ginji gets her started thinking about the simple restaurant and introduces her to cherry juice. Kasuga brings her the young proprietress who is ill... she needs to eat ice cream so she makes her some. We learn the YP back history and how the odanna took her in and some of the others!

Chap 9 - The geisha is like a granddaughter to the ogre so when he learns she’s being forced to marry he brings her with... the young proprietress tried to get Aoi killed. The yokai learn she is the ogre’s bride and say it’s the end of K!?

Chap 8 - the ogre takes her to an inn where they serve offal hotpot which she loves and he does too! It seems she had come to K in the past maybe!? She meets a geisha who seems to really love her gpa. It seems he wanted her to be able to make the hotpot for him. And he truly seems to want to marry her.

Chap 7 - A quick chapter the ogre comes to see her to take her on a tour ship, she loves it, haha. She could repay her debt by selling the fan but it’s obvious the ogre doesn’t want her to do it and reminds her she was going to repay it herself. He’s nice to her and says thank you and worries about her wound healing.
