14 - we learn Messiah and Othello went to a school for gifted people in a certain region... they are head of the plot to restore the Ignus heir to the throne... except M/Amadeus believes in the kind of person Ewan is... he stabs O but it’s not the end!!

13 - The guy puts them into 3 rooms of 2 each... there are two thrones... one leads to the murderer and the other leads to a way out filled with water! He puts Laurence on the false throne since he’s the most dangerous prince... we learn Messiah is in league with the murderer (the murdered being a caretaker.)

12 - that smell comes back to haunt them... it’s s very powerful drug that is highly addictive and also outlawed. The way through is blocked by a stained glass window... there are two doors... Titus picks the trap!! The hidden member in the tower is upon them!!!

11 - Augustus has the other half of the list... but no one is missing from the list! Only Othello is not with them... Gideon pledges his life to Ewan since he lost. Titus wakes and has a moment with Zan, lol. Zan smells a cloying scent! A message written in blood!! The dead guy is the only one got to be emperor?!

Chap 10 - thank goodness L is back! The list reveals a fellow they didn’t know about... who is he and is someone concealing who they are?! Well Zan has a huge back tattoo?! And the det3ctive feels Augustus has the rest of the list! A vital clue to the traitor. Gideon and Titus are wiped and out cold.

Hmmm love Xyll but the entire planet heist was stupid... it was obvious that it wasn’t a good idea... and I’d have killed it after getting it under control... duh... F/F romance - bi and 3 per ship... interesting setup.

This is crap! I HATE HATE HATE when characters act so stupid that a child would make better decisions... no armaments or shielding is worth unleashing this thing on the universe...

And why does Zara always IMMEDIATELY have all the answers!? And no one else does except to just be a counterpoint to what SHE thinks/decides! And HOW DARE Zara not let the other crew weigh in on turning this monster over!!!

The Sliver is hard! The tech is really neat... and they met a surviving Honor!

Hmmm good first chapter... I have to agree about nude pics... that can get you unable to find work ... forever, don’t do it kids!!

Wow that was good! Fun... the romance was a little easy but we know the story...

33 - awww Ranmaru wore him down... Ruka is envious of how Ranmaru managed to get Goda to agree... Goda admits she also effected him!! It was so heart warming!! And I love how Ranmaru became a bulldozer over this... something he’s truly passionate about!! I’m sad to learn vol 7 is the last volume, but it’s a great short manga for people to try!

32 - Ranmaru, Toru and Maasa bug the hell out of Goda to make another film... he finally gets Goda to admit... he’s scared! Hahaha that really makes Ranmaru more determined to convince him!!

31 - Ranmaru learns Goda directed that short because he always wanted to be a director... when he won the award he felt like he used his grandpa who he admired so much. They got the dirt from Uchirio... he quit because he couldn’t exploit his emotions for a film... Ranmaru is taught mentalworking by Goda and tells him... I want to see another movie directed by you!

30 - fascinating... the clubs are recruiting and the art squad is helping film clubs new recruits make films... their new student is struggling because he’s had a slump after winning a film award. Goda researches him and tells him the crew can’t keep up because he hates the film... Ranmaru learns the film he loved about the robot was directed by GODA!

29 - Soh and Ranmaru felt to change the end of the puppet play... the prince and swallow came back as ... robots!! Hahaha it totally stunned Izumi and Ruka who were left out and sat with the audience! I love seeing the cousins bond over this... I love seeing the different perspectives of the art squad too! And seeing Ranmaru change physically... love it!

28 - Soh and Ranmaru are crushing hardcore... Soh gets the art squad a job at an elementary to do a puppet show... the story is sad about a statue who has a swallow carry away the gems on him to make people happy... then the people forget about him. There are things Izumi and Ruka can’t change... he can’t remember and she’s getting married after college!

Gosh she collects gossip well!

27 - Ranmaru is put in charge by Goda once he collapses... Ranmaru realizes that while he's jealous out of his mind... its on him and not Goda who didn't get this way overnight (as he realized when they took Goda home and hot a look at his place) he determines to get there too!

26 - Soh is roped into joining drama club and Izumi sees how glum she is... a Goda at first won’t help but Ranmaru throws a fit! So he agrees and says they have to do it but they will share their knowledge! Ranmaru comes up with how they can do it without experience but Goda suggests a minimalist set instead ... its pretty crushing to Ranmaru!

25 - Maasa is so delightful! She complains about being an extra but then helps her popular friend re-find her roots in banga! Tomu steals the show from her saying everyone is a star, including Maasa. He cheers her up!! (At least I would have been!)

25 - the Halloween festival starts and Goda learns you can win prize money!! So they all five in to participate... Ranmaru is dressed as a knight and is quite popular! He is distressed though when it’s Goda who saves Ruka from her photography stalker... boy boy...

22-23 - Ruka is hurt when Goda implies he’s not interested in her feelings... she takes in a lot of costume making for a parade and the more she helps the more want help. Goda says he won’t step in but he does in the end... not wanting to see her cry...

This is flying by! Her sister got slashed and it got infected so they went by the gryphons to find the right root!

Cute!

Wow the leviathan they saw filled with phage was so sad! They are heading to the Sliver.

The writing is ponderous to read 😣 I would def it now but it’s a book club read... the paying to talk to parliament is so stupid... why not just openly bribe them?!

21 - Izumi wants to help the agriculture club whose food is yummy bu5 whose booth no one can see! So Goda is forced to help after everyone pitches in with random ideas... Soh even comes out to help! He does it because one of the boys was using his dead dad’s recipe. A neat volume! Love cutting Goda’s hair!

20 - Izumi we learn had a bad fall at 15 and can’t remember the time before that... so he has about 7 years of memory... Soh who asked Ranmaru to help her with Izumi overhears! It’s pretty cute... Ranmaru even runs from Goda to help her...

19 - Ruka is jealous because Goda cut his hair and girls are chasing him... Ranmaru likes Ruka but is disappointed he couldn’t be cooler when he caused a mishap at their shoot. Soho brings him his phone and to check up on him and her conversation with Izumi starts a crush for her since he says she’s honest and cute. It’s adorable all the sudden romance!
