122 - did Mutsuki find Ken?! Their 3rd hideout was hit... Furuta isn’t giving them an inch and made a big publicity event. Ken says they need to divide up n squads and stay on the move... the black kids are quite dangerous...

121 - things are developing... Ken says goodbye to Mado... Amon says he’ll stay by her side (romance?!) The Qs of Haise old team realize that wasn’t Haise executed but a face changing ghoul. Juzo and Hirako visit to talk about it. Furuta convinces Ui not to have ethics for Hariyu?! Someone dyes their hair and visits Ken to ask if he’s a virgin...?

120 - Touka (they used her name so I was right!) finally talks to Mado... explains she did kill Mado’s father. But that she also thought her father was an idiot to die killing investigators to get revenge for them killing their mom. The thing is Hinami’s parents were killed by Mado and yet she holds no resentment! It softens Mado...

119 - The new Oggai are hunting down all ghouls as Furuta wants... Mago won’t respond to anyone. But Rabbit comes to visit her ( I thought this was Touka... but the character thing says that’s her brother? But the character has breasts... so who is the Rabbit?!)

118 - Furuta gets a Haise look alike and executes him in from of the CCG investigators. Then announces it all to the press. It gives Ken room to act now.

117 - Mado wakes up from her surgery... she’s now a ghoul and struggling. Amon wants to see her as does Touka. Both are fearful... he was her father’s partner and she killed her father. Meanwhile Furuta takes over as bureau as Kichimura Washu.

116 - Washu is attacked by the black suits... and is badly wounded. Furuta looks like a hero and is positioned how he desires... Aura sees Mutsuki and says he didn’t see anything as long as he gets to kill Haise. The White Suits make it out. Amon and Ken meet again...

115 - the Owl goes over his history with Amon... they were both changed at the same time. Amon resisted but The Owl didn’t. He wishes he could go back but realizes he can’t. He finally gets to Amon’s kakuho. It drops him back to his human form...

114 - Mutsuki realizes she loves Haise... she’s killing a guy but seeing him... she kills him and eats him... some one sees her/him though... The Owl, Amon and Kuro fight!

113 - Ken can’t stand seeing Amon all messed up even though they got what they came for... so Kuro and the Owl stay behind to fight him and bring him back while Ken goes to get the suppressant to Mado!! Because he has too many relying on him to give in to impulses...

112 - Yonebayashi is able to subdue Urie with Hsaio administering an injection. She tells him she likes him and we see that she’s pretty talented too. The black suits are on the move after Ken...

111 - we seem to be getting some back history on Amon... he wouldn’t eat. Then it seems Urie has gone SS and Yonebayashi has to take him out...

7 - Legoshi meets the rabbit girl Haru on an errand for the drama club... she’s in the garden club!

6 - we learn a beastar is a special hero that transcends the carnivore and herbivore worlds. They become world leaders all kinds look up to. Legoshi gets embroiled in a fight and would have to pretend to loose but Louis saved him in return for protecting him the other day!

5 - woah! That goat dude came right when Legoshi was going to loose control! Now he sees a dark version of himself in the mirror...

4 - we meet Haru the rabbit. The other rabbits are bullying her because on of their boyfriends was caught kissing her. Legoshi feels the Hunter/prey resonance between them... she wonders if he is who killed Tem.

3 - short chapter it felt like... Louis the star actor and president seems like an ass for all his majestic acting. He insists Legoshi be lookout for him and the goat cast in Tem’s role to practice in the gym, prohibited at night. Legoshi finds a herbivore around and captures it...?!

2 - we learn Legoshi is quite the sensitive soul. He’s friends with a dog kid who is warned to choose his friends better by some herbivores. A cat kid is kicked out of the actor’s pool by the drama club officers because his most memorable performances were mistakes he made. He threatens Louis and Legoshi has to protect him.

1 - we meet Legoshi a gray wolf who is seen as a large predator... his friend is murdered and he’s seen as the most likely suspect. He makes sure Tem’s first love gets the love letter he never got up the gumption to give her.

The art is fascinating... totally different, almost cartoonish but feels like it suits the animal world of Beastars.

Nooooooo HUNNNNTTTTEEERRRRR! The chase was fun and learning a little about out two rescues. Lemon didn’t pick the best vehicle for this escape but that made it fun... and more realistic for a chase that has followers falling through tears in the road!

Komi’s expressions and reactions are so cute!! The odd short arcs were fun... this is what I wanted for the Muslim/Japanese Girl manga!!

19 - the last chapter Komi wants to play some silly games the popular group are playing... Osana overheard and invited them over!!! She doesn’t get the rules and Tadano takes a hit so she won’t be embarrassed. Cute how she thanked him!!

18 - haha the accidental phone call was so cute!!!

17 - Komi is wanted for class president but Osana suggests the title isn’t big enough for her!! So they decide she’s god status... and Tadano can be class president with Osano as VP lol...

16 - Komi wants her new friends numbers now that she has and needs a cell phone!!! She determines to ask for herself!!! Haha she gets the numbers but it’s a near thing... Tadano is so cute about her wanting his number too!

15 - Her dad gives her a present!! She tries to tell Tadano... I love how we get different contrasting perspectives about the same situation thru the manga.

14 rest - Agari comes and thanks Komi because of her watching Agari managed to do something she didn’t think she could do!!! Instead of friends she wants to be Komi’s... dog?!

14b - we learn Komi was there watching because Osana suggested Agari as Komi’s next friend!! Komi felt a strong affinity to Atari’s nervousness!! Cute!

14a - Komi is watching Himiko Agari... which makes Agari nervous!! Then she’s asked by a teacher to relay a message to her class and she works up the courage to say it!! Then we rewind to 20 mins earlier...

13 - the barista can’t get her to give him her order so he guesses... wrong! But she takes it anyway!! When O says it’s wrong Komi cries!! So they bow and apologize!! Haha
