Going to give this until about 25%-ish. I haven't laughed once yet (granted, I'm still right at the start), and I'm immensely skeptical about the romance that will come up later. I don't know if it's just because I'm not much of a fantasy person, or if it really just... isn't funny. Which is odd, because I grew up with lots of British humor... although that was mostly on screen. I keep waiting to laugh and never do.

"Winnie-the-Pooh" complete. On to "The House at Pooh Corner."

Many of these stories I remember from their Scholastic adaptations, as well as a few of the computer games from when I was young. As much of a Pooh fan as I was when I was little, I never read the original stories! But it's nice to see that many of the adaptations were at least vaguely similar to some of these ones.

Also, it's nice to see such non-neurotypical characters in kids lit!!
