Just got back from the beach. I took 3 physical books with me that are supposed to be excellent and I've been waiting to read. I spent the whole time rereading on my kindle 😅 #moodreader

Mariana Zapata just announced her new book releasing on May 2nd and it’s not on here yet to add 😭👀

One of my friends IRL had someone demand to know why she didn't like a popular book recently and this is just a reminder, we don't have to all like the same things. Seems kinda obvious, but I think sometimes gets lost with how passionately we love some of our book worlds.

So not as bad as it could have been but then so much book to go 😅

Finally some date night and more getting to know each other time!

I have a love/hate relationship with scent matching in OV books. The instincts can be fun and I love the insta-adoration that can come with a match. But I’ve found the bulk of the relationship development sometimes comes later than I prefer in these setups and often after spicy times start up.

After a lifetime of everyone trying to shove me out of spaces, having them claim me was a feeling I would never get over.

Her dog’s name, his reaction to seeing it for the first time, and their banter is cracking me up (though if anyone said a single word against how my babies look, I’d be throwing down) 😂

I’ve got no plans other than replaying the last two days in my head and wondering how the hell I ended up here: nearly obsessed with a woman completely out of my league.

My family went to a bookstore after dinner tonight and somehow my kids walked out with a stack of books and I got zero...nada...none...😭

She smiled.  “Fate brought us together.” He grunted, because it was ten months of careful planning and constant work that had got her here with him.

She was Bill’s stolen-mate and he wasn’t sharing one single piece without a fight.  Not a curl on her head.  Not the nail on her tiniest toe.  Not a sparkle from her lovely green eyes.  He got it all and everyone else got nothin’.

I'm off for two days starting tomorrow, send all the *finish some damn books* vibes please, I feel like I've barely had time to read for weeks!

Catching up on reviews today because I finally feel like wording again.

This is just as funny as people say, but what’s really getting me is the self-awareness and self-reflection as the H and h start interacting and crossing boundaries/norms.

I’ve had a bout of flu kicking my ass this week but I think I’ve turned a corner! Looking forward to being more active again, though not necessarily trying to write catch up reviews for what I did manage to finish 😂.

I’ve been overwhelmed with work and real life this week so looking forward to a slow weekend to catch up, including on reviews!

This poor girl’s been through the wringer but at least she’s getting some kindness too…man I hope this other woman doesn’t turn bad 👀🤞

The h thinking a couple times about how the break she’s in with her 8 year relationship is painful partially because of the lack of certainty is such a relatable aspect of losing a relationship

Whew she has some awful luck, I’m sad for her and cringing, even knowing from the blurb how some of this was going to go
