I don’t get all the hype and I honestly cannot stand Julia

What is happening? This is the slowest book. And Beckett isn’t divulging information to people that would be vital as to why someone would target her daughter. One dumb decision after the next.

The main character, Beckett, is acting like an idiot. Maybe she’s never watched Dateline?
