Just got back from my holiday/research trip. Really exhausted so I'm going to take a few days before posting any new reviews and such!

Been too busy touring caves, but got in some reading today at the hotel pool. Bliss. Heading out kayaking into Paleolithic national park tomorrow so going to be out of touch for a few days.

Visited two caves and the museum today. Plus went to a homemade ice cream place that sells the best ice cream I have ever tasted in my entire life. I had one scoop of nougat and one scoop of raspberry, and the nougat was so creamy and the raspberry was so tart. Delicious.

Good morning from a tiny village in rural France. My flight was delayed and I've had little sleep, but I'm ready to get out there and see the prehistoric sights.

Managed to read the introduction overnight. Yeah, it was a really long introduction. Probably going to get a good chunk more read on the plane.

Well, I'm off on holiday to visit some of the lovely places I have been reading about recently! Lascaux, Cro-Magnon, and Chauvet, some of the most famous prehistoric sites in the world. So I might not be around as much. See you in a couple of weeks!

So, these two books are my holiday reads. I'm pretty excited as I've saved what I think may be the most interesting books for this purpose.
