Just finished The Long Sleep. Mr. M. is one of the GREAT pulp writers. He captures Holmes very well. BTW,Dark Region Press has 5 on his novels on sale (ebooks) for just $9.

Everything I have read by him has been outstanding!

a sprawling novel like (not same plot) like the Stand. Closer to reality and his recreation of the time line is inspired.

Don't want to give it away, but a blast of a book. A very readable and believable word in Scranton PA. Just a great fun romp. A little hard with the language, but if you watch any R rated shows, you won't be offended.

Nicely done. A little too much romance at times but does a good job of covering the Emperor. I have not studied the HRE very much, so a good easy intro to some history.

Outstanding audio book

Tried to read about 15 years ago. but stopped. Second time around. Listening to the audio recordings of his main works has got me back to the beginnings of Middle Earth
