The writing style is remarkable! So much heat and caring. And Jem is slowly slipping into his role as boy as his new masterful Dom exerts his forceful personality on him.

Heat sizzles from the first chapter and so far hasn't relented.

Things are going badly for Basilisk and his apprentice.

While a tad far fetched, this book is exciting and has an inventive plot. It does lack character development needed to understand the motives and actions of Basilisk, the main antagonist. He seeks to rule the world, but can only accomplish this with aid of a young boy that he bestows superpowers to. A young bully who enjoys the powers he is given and uses to boost his thirst for revenge.

Starting off with action and mystery. Liking it so far!

And the plot is definitely thickening! What a plot. This book is absolutely enthralling!

The endgame approaches! And another plot twist comes to light!

Very captivating and twisted read. Completely holds my attention and leaves me thirsting for more.

This book is exceeding my expectations by miles.
