A.X.E: Eve of Judgment sets up what could be a very intense event. Nonetheless, the pacing is strange. I feel Kieron expects the readers to have read his Eternals run (which is fine) but there is still some confusion as to the reason for them wanting to wipe out the mutants. We can only hope that I, as a reader, can fall in line with what Kieron wants to do and how it’s done with the actual event.
