So far: interesting ideas. Not exactly the depth I expected but a broader idea of the concepts of what “winter” means literally and metaphorically. So far, my favorite chapters are Slumber, Hunger, and Cold water. And I’m very interested in the parts where people from Nordic countries talk about their habits in winter.

Setting this one aside for a more light moment in life. Worth finishing. I’ll be back.
