The pacing is slower than I prefer but the thought experiments are spot on.

I LOVE THIS BOOK! This novel is exactly what I look for in my science fiction: real science mixed with practical possibilities used to explore themes of life and human nature.

I LOVE this book! After reading multiple previous books on writing, and listening to 11 seasons of the Writing Excuses podcast, this is exactly what I needed to up my game as an author.

This far in it's a fast paced psychological thriller with a new take on the potentially unreliable narrator. I'm digging it :-)

The narrative has plateaued. There's only so many terrible things terrible people can do to each other via smack talk and gossip. Let's see if the big reveal pulls me back in. :-)

More self destructive psychology with a poetic delivery. The two main characters are atrocious people, with back stories that create a strong empathy for them along with the disgust for their actions. This must be what my teachers had hoped I'd feel reading The Catcher in the Rye.

So far, this novel is a captivating mix of a lonely person's voyeuristic inner monologue as she creates fake back stories of those she sees around her, and the true lives they are living. Fascinating.
