Solid detective thriller with strong elements of horror. The artwork is phenomenal.

I owned this book for years but sold it a few years ago. Wanting to return to it I checked the audiobook out from the library. It was digitally returned with only 10 minutes left. I’m itching to finish it.

Very fun thriller with a melodramatic delivery that’s charming

So far it’s a good, journalistic look into the campaign strategy and early days of his presidency. Understanding the mindset of Trump, his campaign staff and cabinet members helps to understand why they took the actions they did.

Once Aslan got to written history I became hooked. The history of how Ēl and Yahweh morphed into one god, how the Old Testament drew from four main sources, and the early history of Christianity leading up to the council of Nicea is fascinating.

I’m thoroughly enjoying this. God through the Neolithic Era to the Mid Bronze Age era of religious expression. I found the section on Zoroastrianism particularly interesting.

His explanations of the religious meanings of the early cave paintings of dots and hands seem a bit too exact for what one can know before written history. This makes me want to research it more, to compare his explanations to those of archeologists. I enjoyed his review of all the competing theories on where religious thought could have originated.

I think this will be one of my top 3 favorite Crichton novels 😃

I am loving this! After I couldn’t finish Micro because I found it too disappointing Dragon Teeth is delivering exactly what I love most in Crichton novels.

The writing is dry but the content is excellent.
