The format is a bit of a trip as the protagonist time travels across different decades of his life. My favorite part so far is “And Lot's wife, of course, was told not to look back where all those people and their homes had been. But she did look back, and I love her for that, because it was so human.”

My friend Matt recommended I read this after a discussion we had on the sci-fi dystopia novels 1984, Brave New World, & Fahrenheit 451. I strongly disliked Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged, which felt like propaganda, so I am surprised that I’ve enjoyed Anthem thus far. It’s an interesting thought experiment with a mysterious delivery. So far so good.

For a Batman comic there’s very little Batman. Not sure if I’m going to finish this one.
