I can't put this down. Help me!

I am really enjoying this. Ok, so it reads more basically than Robin Hobb, but by now I realise I've read the best books in the world, so should just be patient with this series. Which I hear is amazing.

I am now so stupidly close to the last page, it's unreal. I have less than 100 pages left of reading this massive epic for the first time, and a great sense of loss is already seeping in.

Robin Hobb, I am going to miss this world so damn much in a very short space of time.

I don't want to finish this. I won't ever read this series for the first time again 😭

Took a while to really get my head around this book, but now it appears that all the threads of story are finally coming together.

Greatly enjoying it, though the writing style takes a bit of getting used too.

Absolutely loving this. As always, life got in the way of me reading anywhere close to as much as I would have liked, but all the same, coming back to it has been wonderful.

I am truly enjoying this. It's weirdly written, the style of the author is definitely an acquired taste. The story itself takes time to come together, but I like the characters and I'm interested in where they are going.

Not sure if I like or love it, but I am entertained, so what does it matter?

It's taken me years to get into this book. Now I am it's addictive and really, really fun.

Ok, so this is like my fifth try to read this. Finally, I seem to be enjoying it! It seems very YA but the magic system is fascinating and I'm liking the plot.

Taking this slowly. I'm honestly not ready to devour this book whole. I will read it at my own pace, as always. No need to rush a journey that I embarked on for the first time nearly three years ago.

But oh how I love every page ♥️❤️♥️

For the last time ever, I start a new novel in The Realm Of The Elderlings series.

Ok, so the romance is well written, but there are some niggling undercurrents that I can't quite define that are bugging me. But the attention to historical detail, and the general attitudes of the day (especially towards women) seem well handled considering the time and location. But yeah...it's a fantastic book but I need to finish it before I can decide if the series is for me.

Already a quarter way through...brilliant book.

I can see this book is an addiction. I'm loving it almost as much as Robin Hobb, and wondering if there is going to come a point when I stop and think "oh, this is what those naysayers meant", because right now it reads like a masterpiece.

Where is this going? Downwards. It's getting more and more tense to read. I don't assume this will have the happy ending at all I've longer for.

But I'd have been naive to not expect that.

This book is taking so many twists and turns, at times moving so slowly, but I can't for one second put it down. Absorbed, immersed, feeling every word, this is terrific writing.

Oh, how I am going to miss having more of these books soon.

I've heard a lot about this book, not so much about the series as a whole. Mixed responses, but what no one told me was just how easy it is to get sucked in and, quite honestly, mildly obsessed within moments of starting!

I can see why this may be too flimsy a read for some, but I am so far loving it!

Oh gosh I forgot how silly Fitz can be lol

Such a sad, sorrowful tale. I aim to finish it today, but, life.

Oh boy...I do like to challenge myself...

Once again, I need something light. These are really difficult times for me personally, a little silly fun is all I need!
