Growing up in the 2000s, I remember loving these books, and they were quite popular. These days, people seem to find it cool to tear them apart, particularly this first released volume, for it's very tropey storytelling. Well, you know what?

I love Shannara more than Lord Of The Rings.

There I said it. Science fiction and fantasy combine to create a formula that to this day I love so much.
