Reading this for Native American Heritage Month and already loving it! Nizhoni is a chaotic mess and I adore her.

I feel like this series has always been trying to recapture the brilliance that was My Lady Jane and always falls short. (I did really love My Plain Jane too, but I read that one first, so I might not have cared as much for it had I read the series in order.) While I am enjoying this installment, it is pretty mid.

Finally reading this in anticipation of meeting Maggie Stiefvater! She has such a beautiful writing style.
