Summer People was the one book I hadn't tried yet, so I decided to start with it, plus its publication date was earlier than the 2 books I didn't finish. I was expecting it to be not as good as later books, but The Beach Club was good, so I didn't think it would be bad or anything. But after reading

Page 145 of 250 Kelley - I didn't realize this book had a spoiler for The Matchmaker, and it's so bad I'm taking it off my Try Again Later list. This story is just as good as I remember. Although I'm wondering if Elin Hilderbrand has a wheel she spins before each book with the options: Affair, Cancer, Tragedy, Pick 2, All 3.

Ch. 26 - Well we finally got a scene so I knew the content rating. It wasn't for me, long-winded and repetitive imo. I'm going to bed I think this is day 5, so I'm coming close to a week. I was going to read a thriller but I couldn't make myself do it.

Ch 16. - I'm not going to quit. This book is just taking its time because it's going to go deep. It's not the book, it's my mood.
