Reading Eleonore Stump's chapter. I really respect Stump, she combines a sense of care with philosophical rigor like few I've seen.

Re-reading Wolterstorff's contribution 'How Philosophical Theology Became Possible in the Analytic Tradition' was a treat. It seems to me that it carries to surprising conclusion that the analytic tradition, in a certain sense, is more postmodern than the continental tradition by virtue of it's implicit meta-philosophy of "dialogical pluralism".

It's a different style than I'm used to but Milbank's essay on 'Knowledge' was helpful for understanding his views on the relationship of theology to philosophy.

Some re-reading here but terrific so far. Rauder's analysis of certain theological methods as 'bull sessions' was enjoyable and on target.

Because of a terrible accident that resulted in this book winding up in the toilet (!), I'm going to have to purchase another copy so this one's on hold.

Reading with Angela to guide our project of marching through some of the greats of Western Literature together - excited!

Getting back to this, living up to the hype so far.
