Decided to only finish reading A Feast for Crows this year (and maaaaybe A Dance With Dragons if I get my shit together in the next 4 days, HAHAHA) and just restart reading The Iliad, Little Fires Everywhere, and The Women Who Run With The Wolves in the new year.

Yes, yes, I am reading this. I'm curious to see just how much of a sociopath Christian Grey is.

Yes, I'm reading Sorcerer's Stone for the third time this year. But it's the Ravenclaw edition. So obviously I need to read the entire book rather than just the new information. Lol. Plus, after I finish this, I can pick up Chamber of Secrets so that there's not a huge gap between the two and I can then re-read the entire series. Haha.

When you realize you have a month to complete A Song of Ice and Fire, your yearly Harry Potter re-read, and all of the library books you have checked out. 😬 why am I like this?!

When you realize that even if you read a book a day for the rest of the year, you won't meet the majority of your reading goals from the beginning of the year. Whoops.

Restarting this from the beginning for #TomeTopple because I remember approximately 0% from what I read back in the last round of #TomeTopple

Me: Don't start a new book until you finish at least half of the books you're already reading. You've been reading some of these since April.

Also me: Ooooh, look, a new library book to check out and then need to read because it's due back soon.

I love my library, but I'm really having to make myself take a step back from using it so that I focus on the books that I've been neglecting

Made a deal with my sister that if I finish A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons by 11:59pm on December 31st, she'd bring me a large bag of my favorite candy from It's Sugar to our trip in February. Needless to say, I'm highly motivated now.

I keep going to write reviews & then I just get overwhelmed with all the books I want to review so I put it off only to come back to an even bigger list of books to review. It also doesn't help that I had a massive panic attack this afternoon when I was supposed to get on the road to go back to SA for work tomorrow. So now I'm going to have to get up early so I can make it in at 12 =/ Sorry for such a negative post

So I'm pretty sure Turtles All The Way Down just broke me so I'm just gonna spend the rest of the night listening to Harry Potter.
