Well done series ender. It was nice to see the whole gang together again, even it was for one final mission and to say goodbye. Or, "... as vampires say, until again."

Um, did y'all know this was the final book in the series? I sure didn't. I started to sense it but convinced myself it couldn't be - not yet; the series is top-shelf. Then, I reached the epilogue and I could no longer deny it - the end. Hopefully this is 'until we meet again' and not goodbye for good. Maybe a Jupe spin-off? (Full review to follow shortly)

Cady and Lon were here in Twentynine Palms and didn't stop by to say hi. I'm hurt. ;)

Laundry ... Cleaning house ... Something. Must find something to do so that I don't finish this in one sitting. Yes. Some time away to savor what I've read so far. Hard. To. Stop. It's so good ... But, if I don't stop for a bit, it'll be over to quickly and the long wait will begin again. *sigh*

A nice compilation of book summaries, definitions, Leo's clan tree, and several new shorts that fans of the series will enjoy. The summaries were a nice recap of Jane and Beast's growth and challenges throughout the series. {3.5 stars}

If strong, constant story progression and character growth are important factors in your UF reads, this is the series for you.
