Finally Scarlett is being used to her full potential. Up until this point she was the first gun toting red head that was always a girlfriend or damsel in distress. Now she's in shoot outs and on the front line of battle. Its about time she got a chance to do something.

Oh no! Wolf is going to die isn't he? Of all the people who deserves a happy ending its him. I don't want him to die. I hope I'm wrong. The book is foreshadowIng some sadness, but I desperately want Wolf to have a happy ending.

Cress and Thorne are doing some high stakes espionage that could save Earth and the two decide to have a fight about their relationship. Of all times, now? OMG book I love u, but sometimes ur YA can tropes that can ruin a scene and kill all the tension

So its swinging back from action to espionage. I'm totally okay with that.

Crazy moon queen. A rag tag crew of outlaws including a cyborg princess. Werewolves. A revolution. And now there is a plague. Why not? The story is already crazy. Why not sprinkle some more plot points on top? Bc honestly this author is doing a phenomenal in making this all work.

Well that wedding dinner became quite a slaughter. And it was fantastic! This series is just so much fun. It is just so unafraid to go bonkers, but somehow its the perfect kind a crazy. So much of this should never work, but for some reason it does here.

Wow. Everything is just going wrong for this lovable crew isn't it? I curious how this is going to have a happy ending at all.

I love how the leading cast of characters are trying to prevent a intergalactic war by overthrowing a crazy moon queen by winging it. They have no apparent plan but are trying to do their best they can with whatever pops into their heads. Its kinda amazing to see how this all plays out.

The revolution is started by a viral video. Seems unlikely. These people are tired, broken , and exhausted. I'd think they would talk among themselves and weigh their odds b4 pledging allegiance to Cinder within seconds. But I'll go with it. The story has been so good so far, that I'll let this slide.

Lots of espionage do far. And I am completely fine with that.

Winter is beginning to grow a me a little bit. Her being crazy from self inflicted causes is something that has become compelling over the last few chapters.

OMG. Scarlet is finally doing something! She's not the damsel in distress and is actually doing some exciting for once. Only took three books for this to happen. I dunno why it took three books. But better late than never I guess.

I'm on the fourth and final book of this YA series. And guess what? There has not been a single love triangle. Amazing isn't it? YA books can exist without them.

I love how when Cress was first introduced she was the hopeless romantic super girly girl. But holy wow she is constantly saving everyone's butt with her hacking skills! The author did a great job with her character. Its hard to not love her.

Winter keeps on seeing blood leaking out of the palace walls. I really want to know what this is leading up to. Its clearly building up to some big twist.

It feels like their faster plan is building up to something fun. I hope its as good as the heist from the last book.

Of course its relationship drama before the tale gets going. But after three books I have faith it will pick up and become something great like all the others.

I love how we are finally getting to see this crazy moon kingdom. The series been building up to this for way too long.

Holy wow! Thorne is still blind? I thought there might be some fun shootouts with him in this book.

I know this series is silly, but I still really love it anyways. And really want to see how it all ends

The story began as a man and his dog lost in the snowy woods. It ended with a telepathic being that clones itself for eternal life having an existental crisis. I kinda think I would have liked it more if it just continued to be about a guy and his dog.
