Wish I found this more engaging but it's all horrific and bleak and bleeds together

Really feel like I should be done with this by now but instead I have to read about the kavanaugh incident and it feels odd bc suddenly Megan and Jodi are nowhere to be seen like why is this included

This is the second most boring nonfiction book I've ever struggled through and I am STRUGGLING like this is so slow my god

Sadly so far with Joya she has yet to write a mc that I actually root for and genuinely like. Monique is better than the mc of her debut, but I still feel pretty meh about her and like the side characters more than her

I want them to kiss and stop playing but the slow burn is delicious I must admit

Doing all of this over a boy who dumps you for not having sex is already wrong, but a boy who also hates megan the stallion????? THROW HIM AWAY AND RUN GIRL RUUUUNNN

I do find the archetypes to be genuinely interesting being the English nerd that I am 💀🙄

The question I now face is whether I'll actually read about all these archetypes or skip to the stages part which I actually think is relevant to me🧐
