Finished Chapter 2, which is 'The Coming of the Slavs'. Next up 'Vikings on the Dnieper.'

After reading Luke Harding's excellent 'Invasion: Russia's Bloody War and Ukraine's Fight for Survival' I thought I'd read something more historical. Plokhy's introduction make it clear this is taking an Annales School approach to Ukraine's history.

I’ve finished the introduction and reached Act 1, Scene 4.
