It's good so far. I really enjoy Ciri and Yennifer, the show really didn't do Ciri justice I tell you. The wild hunt is weirding me out a bit though, they feel a bit out of place.

This was such a satisfying read. It just flowed by: easy to read, cute, entertaining, funny and gushworthy. I can't wait to see what Rowell will put the gang through in book 3 and I crave more Baz and Simon kisses. Is their shipname Saz???

I think Baz and Magnus Bane would become good friends. Can I please have a crossover so I can see them interact with each other? Can you imagine them swapping clothes and going shopping because I can. Also this book is way more original than Carry On, I like that Rowell has reached beyond obviously HP inspired.

Simon is so freaking relatable I kinda want to cry a bit but I'm on a train so I can't. Also how Baz and Simon are so awkward yet so cute together... It's so good folks.

Okay I hope we really get to talk about Simons depression and his childhood before he came to Watford. And also SIMON AND BAZ ON A FREAKING AMERICA ROADTRIP *cries happy tears*

Slutet på den här boken fick mig att gråta. IGEN. Det var så konstigt för jag kände typ exakt samma känslor de sista kapitlen som första gången jag läste boken för... Gud vet hur länge sedan. Det var som en liten tidsresa.

Tessa du har det verkligen förjävligt MEN det är rapey att få någon att LOVA att de ska ha sex med dig... Liksom den personen vet väl inte hur den känner om typ en vecka?

Jag har inte läst The Fault In Our Stars men det här känns typ som John Green

Alltså jag har förståelse för mkt av de saker som Tessa gör. Men att riskera någon annans liv och inte lyssna på sin livrädda kompis... Visst att veta att man närmar sig sin död är säkerligen vidrigt men alla beteenden är fan inte ok.

Jag läser om den här pga nostalgi. Språket är lika vackert som jag minns det och min tonårsångest speglas så bra hos Tessa (även om jag inte var eller är sjuk i cancer). Förvånad över att jag gillar en bok skriven i första person, det hade jag glömt att denna var. Brukar inte vara min grej.

I have had this on hold for waaay too long because I needed to finish the Witcher books I had out from the library. I'm in love with Simon and Baz, this reread is so enjoyable

The relationship between Ciri and Yennifer is everything I didn't know I needed.

The political aspects of the story is poorly explained and the author suddenly introduced like 6 rulers without giving any information about the state of their countries and why they want to act a certain way. The little explanation that is given is very hard to follow because there is no world map, at least in this edition. The conversation between these rulers was just too long compared to what was learned

I can't decide if I like these veeery long conversations that keeps happening or if it's just too much dialogue at once. But it's continuency interesting so I guess I enjoy it? Also I just watched the first two episodes of the TV-series and DAMN TV Yennifer is way better than book Yennifer so far. Dandelion is pretty much himself and I like it. The rest I'm a bit on the fence about.

It's really good. I wonder how Geralt will keep up the whole Witcher=neutral thing

I was getting a bit tired of reading descriptions of Ciri training her fighting skills but now it seems like the plot is moving on. I hope I get to learn more about the Witchers and HOW they create new Witchers because their order is intriguing. I still like Triss (thank God).

Things this book needs: maps. Also shorter chapters. But I'm captivated this far AND I don't want to puke on the female character that's having the focus right now. Yes Sapkowski give me period discussions in fantasy! Hell yes. Like if he lost some feminist points for me before he definitely gained some back.

A REALLY good first chapter

It's entertaining, sure. But I'm feeling a bit underwhelmed. Was The Last Wish really THAT good or was I momentarily just obsessed with the TV series/video games and let that effect me? I'm also growing a bit tired of Sapkowskis female characters. I feel like they shouldn't ALL annoy me. And there is a lot of naked breasts and nipples and arses all over...
