The author mentions "say less do more" but an updated version of it "be less, do more" where he talks about how you should always find an opportunity to help someone whenever you think about them, this way you become helpful to them which in turn results in them liking you == you get more friends. I agree and disagree with this because yes, it is nice to be that person but after a while, you start getting used.

Pretty interesting book so far, it takes things slow
