'Colonel Hank Reed was both astounded and mystified. He knew that the Germans held strong and troubling beliefs about race, but hadn’t realized this extended to animals. An “Aryan horse”—the idea seemed preposterous to him, but it was clear that Holters was sincere.'

I just want to say I'm proud of you, Dani. For sticking with it when you doubted your future. Keep going!

'Ray Charles could have seen that punch coming! That is the most annoying part of the video. I wish someone would have showed her what a cheat shot really is. The most appropriate line when I hear her in the video that comes to mind is, "Shut that cunts mouth or I'll come over there and fuck start her head!"'

Danzig's music is legendary, but it's really too bad this guy didn't do more than just punch Danzig once.

It's extremely odd and amusing to me for someone named Varg to be arguing against violence in all but the most extreme cases, but this guy's words are full of hard earned wisdom. "Not every situation is a nail just because you have a hammer." - Varg Freeborn

'What are you willing to kill for again? Wait, you won't kill over a spot in line, but you will assault over it? Then the other guy decides that he is willing to kill to stop your assault, and now YOU must kill or be killed. Once you open that door to violence, anything from aggressive to homicidal can come out; you don’t get to choose which one and there's no putting it back in once it comes out.'

From the choices made by these two men at this pivotal emotional crossroad, one of them is dead and the other is facing multiple trials. Over a spot in a line. A spot in a line that would have amounted to what? 5 minutes of their life at the most? What the fuck? Rather than asking "Who was at fault?" or "Who was wrong?" I would like to ask a more important question: "Was a spot in line at Rite Aid worth dying over?"

This is real life. The moral of the story is that you don’t know what you don’t know. Engaging in other people’s fights can lead you into mistakes that you have no way of knowing you will make. Your chances of avoiding this can be greatly increased by simply clarifying your mission and sticking to that mission’s objective.
